• Telephone Support<\/strong> for issues not related to work already performed is $95 per hour for Residential clients and $105 per hour for Business Clients, with a $15 minimum fee. • Distance.<\/strong> Those Clients who are more than a reasonable distance from our office\u00a0may\u00a0also need to pay for driving time one way or both ways, depending on the distance and how long we are there. This is negotiable, so give us a call.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

• Backup Monitoring.<\/strong> Having an automatic backup of your data is critical. But what if it stops working and you don’t know it. We can monitor the backup of your data to an external hard drive. For 1-2 computers it is $95.00 per year. 3-4 computers $142.50. 5-6 computer $190.00 and an additional $47.50 per year for each additional 2 computers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
