The idea behind The Earth Oasis Membership Club is simple. Through my years of experience helping people with their computer problems, I have found that most people need help for about five to 15 minutes.<\/p>\n
The problem is that computer service people (consultants, coaches and trainers) typically want to talk with clients over the phone for those small issues; or if they need to come to your home, they want to charge clients for a minimum amount of time (usually one to two hours). The Earth Oasis Membership Club currently serves many communities. Typically, we will allow you to join if you live within a ten mile drive of our office on Foothill Blvd. in La Ca\u00f1ada Flintridge. Members living farther than two miles from our office will be charged drive time one way (this will be deducted from your club time.) If you live outside the ten mile area, we may allow you to join our club if you agree to pay for our total drive time pertaining to each visit. Please give us a call and we can discuss it.<\/p>\n

You join The Earth Oasis Membership Club by paying a flat fee of $480.00 and receive up to six hours of help. This works out to $80 per hour, which equals $15 per hour off our current normal rate (currently $95 per hour). We ask that you use up your six hours within a five year period. Since the Club includes Computer Coaching, this is very easy to do.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

When you have a computer-related need, you have three options: One, contact us by phone, and we will assist you in resolving the issue over the phone; or two, we can use our Live Remote Assistance tool to control your computer from our office to resolve the issue; or three, we will come to your home and assist you in person. We will deduct from your six hours of service-time by tracking time in 30 minute increments for visits. That means for only $480.00, you can get up to 12 visits.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

You may be wondering what happens if you use up your six hours of service-time. Simple, you can renew your membership; or, if you prefer, we can bill you at our normal and customary hourly rate for non-members. If you choose to renew your membership, it will be good for another six hours of service-time within five years from the date of renewal.<\/p>\n
Telephone support:<\/b><\/p>\n
Earth Oasis Membership Club Members are also entitled and encouraged to seek telephone support for those occasions where questions may be answered over the phone. Earth Oasis will deduct from your six hours of service-time by tracking time in just ten minute increments for telephone support.<\/p>\n
Live Remote Assistance:<\/b><\/p>\n
Earth Oasis Membership Club Members are also entitled and encouraged to seek Live Remote Assistance for those occasions where we can resolve an issue or coach you by controlling your computer via the Internet. Earth Oasis will deduct from your six hours of service-time by tracking time using the actual time involved for live remote assistance (with a 10 minute minimum).
