Earth Oasis. When you think of those words together, what comes to mind? Some think of a world like Eden, with people running around mostly naked, sleeping in the grass.

Not me!

I think of a world that has lots of open spaces and nature for sure, but also lots of high tech (like the Internet). You see, I believe one of the things that’s going to help make the Earth an Oasis for all humans is high tech. For instance, the only way people who live in oppressive countries are going to wake up to freedom is through communication. They need to know and learn about freedom. The Internet is bringing the messages of freedom to many oppressed people.

There are many more examples of how technology is improving the lives of people all over the world. Obviously we still have a long way to go.

Computers and technology are not the only answer to making the Earth an Oasis. However, they fit right in with my dream for this beautiful planet we call Earth.
